Quotes and scope
Each project starts with a written quote that sets the scope, price, timeline and payment milestones. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Ownership
Once payment is complete, you own the final website files and content you supplied. Domain, hosting and advertising accounts remain registered in your name.
No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic or sales. Marketing results depend on factors including competition, budget and market conditions.
Third-party costs
Advertising spend, domain and hosting renewals, and paid plugins or tools are paid by you unless the quote says otherwise.
